Polychrome RGB not working on my board

Hello I just installed the beta 2.0.182 for polychrome rgb, but when i run the app, i get this error message

Error 0xFFF1
Device not detected! Please try reopening the program

but when i rerun polychrome rgb, it just shows the same error message

system:
z790 lightning wifi 8.01
i7 14700k

os:
windows 11 pro 23h2 build 26631.4037

also polychrome rgb in the bios can't find the firmware, how do i flash the rgb controller firmware

i fixed the rgb issue, juat had to drain all of the power to the chip and reflash it

THIS is the solution to Polychrome RGB error 0xFFF1. Drain the power. We're talking about disconnecting the power cord from your power supply. Wait 1 minute. Reconnect the power cord and boot. Doing this fixed the same error for me. Now all my RGB is detected successfully and all of it is working fine. Good job sir
