Hi AsRock-Users,

if someone is looking for a updated Microcode-BIOS (1F), here's my modified BIOS, which has been successfully installed on my MoBo.

CPUIDs 206A7/306A9 only -> if you use another CPUID don't flash this BIOS otherwise your PC won't start..

Update-Process:

Unrar it -> Copy file on the root folder on a FAT32 formatted USB-Stick and reboot into BIOS (F2) and go to Instant-Flash.

Note: If your BIOS got bricked you should remove AC-Cord -> CMOS-Battery -> push power button for 10 seconds -> click on the CMOS/Reset button on the I/O-Panel -> Use the original ASRock BIOS-Image and put it via another PC on the rootfolder of the USB-Stick and put it into a USB2.0 Port (the red ones) -> connect the AC-Cord again and start your PC (the BIOS-Update should start now).
If not you maybe have to use another USB-Stick.

Also note that I am not responsible for any damaged that may have been caused by any procedere. Flashing on your own risk!

best regards

If I get your mod accurately it allows i7-2600k and i7-3770s (SR0PN) to run on the Z77 Extreme6
