I have a few IMB-180 motherboards and I'm looking for a way to address the General Purpose I/O SIO_GP20 to SIO_GP27

How can read a digital input in windows (preferably using microsoft visual studio, so c++ c# or vb, with either an asrock provided dll, or a call into kernel32.dll or something similar)

I am looking for the same thing. I own a few IMB-152 motherboards with BIOS version P1.00 and looking forward on how to control on board GPIO. I am trying read input from a switch to control a LED. Is there any SDK or sample program or any dll that I can refer to?

Many Thanks

Hi lipan,
Hi 1dunnj,

do you have a solution for GPIO access? I have a similar problem with my Q1900TM-ITX Motherboard http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=3826&KW=gpio&title=read-write-gpio-q1900tmitx-with-linux

Many Thanks
