Hello, I encountered such a problem as limited internet speed, initially when I bought the b560m Steel Legend motherboard, I went to download all the drivers from the asrock official website, thus I downloaded the Dragon 2.5g driver, later I noticed that it behaves strangely myself, I decided to delete it and didnt see any more problems, but then I noticed that the download speed dropped sharply, my download speed was 11MB all my life, but now I have some kind of 6MB limit everywhere, I reinstalled Windows, deleted the drivers Internet, installed them again, I did everything I could, I also corresponded with asrock support for about a week, please help, the limit is absolutely everywhere, in battle.net, in steam, and even in torrent

When the system starts the LAN protocol, it always does something called handshaking, so it determines the protocol wichi which router/modem and LAN chip communicate.
For a proper functioning, it is important, that after the Windows instalaltion you always, first install the latest chipset driver,so either from the Intel or AD website, this is the most updated driver.
You can check with another LAN cable, and also check if there is a firmwar update for your router/modem, sometimes a firmware update is needed for some hardware.
Last thing to try would be to use Rufus to create a bootable USB stick with ubuntu.
With F11 you can enter the bootmenu, and boot from the USB stick, without installing Ubuntu.
just run it from the USB stick, and see if this has the same issue, if yes, it is probably handshaking going wrong, if no, it is likely driver, or software related
Kind Regards

I don't know if you had contact with ASRock Europe support, or maybe Taiwanese support, but the support form on the website, shouldenable you to choose the correct country.
Keep in mind that support repleis to a Gmail account, often end up in spam
Kind Regards
