B550 Pro4 BIOS doesn't find ssd boot drive

   MB is cca 2 years old. Problem starts recently (cca 1 month ago). When I turn on PC it lingers at black screen for cca 1 minute and than goes by itself to BIOS. In BIOS there is no SSD visible at boot disk (I have Samsung 980 Pro 500GB nvme). If I press ctrl+alt+del the situation is repeating. But if I while in BIOS turn off PC and turn on again (with the button) PC starts normally, finds boot disk and goes to Windows.
