ASRock x870e Taichi - USB4 issues

   System specs in my signature.

Main issue I'm seeing is my usb 4 speeds are stupid slow.

Using both the Ugreen usb4 nvme enclosure and a ZikeDrive usb4 nvme enclosure.

One enclosure has a Samsung 990 Pro 4tb drives installed. Other one has a Crucial P5+ 4TB installed.

Tested both enclosures with very expensive cable matters usb4 cables, and also with the new Silkland usb4/thunderbolt 4 certified cables.

I'm only getting about 250MB/s write speeds in windows copies and also in ATTO disk benchmark.
