How to set RAID step by step

   I ordered Z170 extreme 7+ and 2 Samsung SM951 M.2 SSD about a week ago.Yesterday I got the board and it is a very nice one as expected. However, when I finally set it up and wanted to set RAID under BIOS, I did not know how to do it. Thus I could not load Windows to my SM951 just like my previous plan. I tried to study the manual but find nothing at all...frustrated
May anyone help me to set it step by step?
