ASROCK X870E Taichi VDD/VDDG 1.44v Issue

   With BIOS 3.10 and my 9950x, if you set VDD voltage at or above 1.44v, VDDQ is stuck at a minimum 1.44v, you can set it lower in BIOS, but it'll stay at the 1.44v minimum as reported by Zen Timings and HWInfo.

This needs to be fixed as I can't get my memory overclock stable with VDDQ unable to be lower than 1.44v as I need VDD higher than 1.44V.
