Hi,

I have been using 2x16Gb G.Skill Flare X5 Series kit (F5-6000J3038F16GX2-FX5) sucessfully for some time, (using EXPO), with this mobo and a 7800x3D CPU.
Bios 3.10.

I want to upgrade to 64GB and have purchased 2x32Gb G.Skill Trident Neo RGB kit (F5-6000J3040G32GX2-TZ5NR) QVL

However, I cannot despite clearing CMOS, get the PC to POST even after 10 minutes. I am using as before the recommended DIMM slots of A2 & B2.

I have tried turning off the PC for some time removing battery etc, multiple times but I still have the same problem.

I can get POST & run Windows 11 fine using either stick singly in slot A2, but not with both sticks in place.

Is there any further advice to help resolve this please?

Forgot to add above:

I have now reverted back to my original 2x16Gb Flare DIMMS, as listed above, and everything is again running just fine.

The problem is with the new 2x32Gb DIMMS only.

This appears to rule out any possible problem with the Mobo itself
