   Well, I brought a 16GB Asrock Arc A770 Phantom Gaming motherboard from the United States, purchased by Amazon, yesterday it just arrived in my hands, and I am surprised that since I started the PC, the revolutions are at 3700+- rpm, no matter what. settings or what driver you put on the computer they are always at those revolutions, the noise is tremendous, it looks like an airplane turbine, I don't know if they will have a vbios update that solves this, since I have tried everything that Intel recommends and everything that it recommends asrock and nothing has worked, or maybe it is that the fan potentiometer is damaged, greetings.

	I found asrock Bad Quality build or cero Quality control, I disassembled the gpu and found a power regulator soldered to something else in a place where it should not go, the piece was removed since of the 3 legs only one was semi-soldered and the problem still persists, I have compared it with another gpu and in another gpu that piece is not there, bad time when I chose to buy the asrock garbage
