--------------------
CPU : Ryzen 7 1700
Cooler : Thermalright R1 Universal
MEM : CMK16GX4M2B3000C15 (2666MHz 15-17-17-35 1.35V)
MB : ASRock Fatal1ty X370 Gaming K4
Case : Thermaltake Core V51

CPU Clock : 3900MHz (100MHz x 39)
CPU Voltage : 1.1875V + Offset 0.175V
CPU LLC : Lv1
SOC Voltage : 1.1V
SOC LLC : Lv1
DRAM Voltage : 1.35V
VTT_DDR : 0.75V
1.8V Voltage : 1.9V
VDDP : 0.95V
--------------------

I am thinking about targeting CPU frequency from 3.9 GHz to 4.0 GHz.
But it will not work.

Using OCCT will black out in 3 minutes.
Even if it covers the core voltage and SOC voltage, it will not last long.

Should I decide that the frequency does not grow any more in this case?

At 3.85 GHz, OCCT 10 minutes passed.
