AIO Cooler Fans Not Spinning Without NZXT CAM Soft

   Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing a unique issue with my AIO cooler fans and I?�m hoping someone here might have some insight. For a while, I thought the issue was related to my NZXT cooler, but I wanted to check with the ASRock community to see if there?�s something else I can do to address this.

Issue:
The fans of my NZXT Kraken Elite 280 AIO cooler do not spin unless I boot into Windows and start the NZXT CAM software.

Details:

The fans are connected to the CPU header.
I have also tried connecting the fans to the CPU_FAN2/WP header, but neither option worked.
This problem persists regardless of how the fans are connected.
Build:

Motherboard: ASRock Z790 PG-ITX/TB4
CPU: Intel i9 13900K
RAM: GSkill 64GB DDR5
GPU: RTX 4080
PSU: ASUS ROG Loki SFX-L 1000W Platinum
I?�m not sure if the issue is related to the NZXT AIO cooler or the ASRock motherboard. Has anyone else experienced similar issues or have any suggestions on what might be causing this?
