6800XT Taichi's USB Type C spec£

   Hello,
Can't find any proper description of 6800XT Taichi's USB-C output anywhere? In all reviews people just make shallow comments about it being there (like I didn't notice, lol) and that's about it.
Is there any official specification to be found? The only thing here https://www.asrock.com/Graphics-Card/AMD/Radeon%20RX%206800%20XT%20Taichi%20X%2016G%20OC/index.asp#Manual is a QuickInstall guide which was not even updated to include USB-C connector.

What kind of USB-C is this? 
Is it AltModed to be Display Port? If so, does it support DSC?
Or HDMI? 
Is it capable of PowerDelivery? If so, then how many Watts can it push?
