AB350 pro4 ryzen 9

   Hey. Just bought a used ryzen 9 3900x but I can't get it working. 
I updated the bios to 5.80 which should support the cpu but when I turn it on nothing happens. It turns on,the gpu turns on I can feel the cpu heatsink warm up but no fan spin, or output of any kind.

All the pins in the cpu seem fine. Any ideas? I am afraid to update the bios further since the next version says not to use if you have first gen ryzen and that is the chiå I use if I can't get this new one to work.
