ASRock Challenger D RX 5700 XT Proxmox Reset Issue

   I recently put together a system using:

ASRock Challenger D RX 5700 XT GPU
ASRock X570D4U-2L2T Motherboard
AMD 5700G CPU
Proxmox 8.0.3
Windows 11 VM

The system works just fine however, The GPU seems to have the classic reset problem requiring the host (and all VMs) to be rebooted whenever the Windows VM is rebooted.  Not good.

This is a new RX 5700XT.  I read that this card from ASRock card is supposed to work just fine - no reset problem as in older versions.

Could I be missing a subtle BIOS setting?   I would imagine that ASRock tested this combination of GPU/Motherboard. 

One additional possible symptom.  I cannot get the latest Win11 GPU drivers (Adrenalin) installed.  Installer complains that it's not an AMD Chipset?

Would appreciate any guidance - thanks.
