Beebox J4205, why not fanless?

   Yeah, I know that it's not same as J4205-ITX, but based on it!

You could just do aluminum case and improve ventilation, even J4205-ITX do fine without fans on aluminum mini itx case.

So what lead you to use fan with Beebox J4205 model?
