I have an i7 9700k a Z390 Taichi mobo, 32GB Team Dark Pro RAM 14-14-14-31, and a Noctua NH-D14S heatsink. I also have 2 NVMe drives and using Windows 10 Pro. I've always used ASUS's simple overclock program for overclocking. I'd like to get to 4.9 or 5.0, on all cores, but I have no idea what settings or how to adjust the voltage. I used Intel's extreme tuning utility and got to 5.1 easily and passed its test and cinebench, but when I ran prime95 2 cores sit 93 degrees after about 5 minutes so I stopped the test. The voltage being reported using CPU-Z was about 1.35. Did I overreact by stopped due to these hi temps? Anyway, I've reset the board to its default settings and would like help on getting to 4.9 or 5.0. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Again, I've never actually done an OC myself so I don't know what values to enter.
Scott
