Good evening, I write from Italy.
I assembled a pc with:
mobo AsRock A320M-DGS
APU: A8-9600
Ram: 2x4Gb 2400mhz Corsair LPX
From the first start, the keyboard did not work.
The leds of the lan port light up
the leds of the keys shift-scroll lock-num lock light up
the monitor displays Asrock logo and legend F2 or DEL to run EUFI Setup "etc ..
I press F2, DEL, TAB, F6, F11 but nothing happens.

I tried with USB keyboard and PS / 2 keyboard.
I tried to disconnect the SSD.
I tried with a RAM desk at a time.
I tried to reset the bios via CMOS and removing the buffer battery.

No result. The keyboard does not work so I can not access the UEFI and I can not install any OS

Have you tried resetting the CMOS by moving the link (item 12 on your motherboard - see page 7 and page 26 of the manual) instead of, or as well as, removing the battery? After unplugging the power cord you can hold the power button in for a few seconds to discharge the capacitors before moving the link.

If that doesn't help you could connect a small PC speaker (it's actually a beeper) to the header (item 14 on your motherboard - see page 7 and page 28) and listen for an error beep code.

Lights on the keyboard mean that it is at least getting power. Connect it to one of the black USB 2.0 ports.

I connected both USB keyboard to USB 2.0 port and PS / 2 keyboard.
I disconnected the cables on the motherboard, both 4-pin and 24-pin.
I removed the buffer battery.
I moved the jumper to position 2-3.
