I've plan upgrade from ryzen 5 1600,asrock Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming K4 to ryzen 7 2700x and x470 taichi non ultimate
My memory kit is gskill tridentz 16gb 3600mhz cl15 which is Samsung bdie
So x470 taichi can run default xmp 3600mhz or maybe higher than it?
I really need review or testimonials from users who use x470 taichi
Sorry for bad English

yeah even with B-dies more chances with x370 but even those are not guaranteed but from what observation x470 just can't for some reason but there are a couple of reviews on x470 doing 3600.

buy the ram if the price is good
run the ram at 3200 cl14 and tight sub timings or even 3333 cl14
get better frame rates than 3600 cl15/16

watch a you tube video by 'mindblank' he went into it very deeply

im not saying you wont get 3600 but it may perform slower(even if you do) than a lower speed with tighter timings
