I have ASRock Motherboard X99 Extreme4 with Intel i7 Core 5820K bought two weeks ago and it running fine for two weeks and then on 16th day, after I turn on and leave it running for 30 minutes idle and then it shut down. Then I turn it on and I see LED light light up and cpu fan spinning and it stop 35 seconds after turn on, nothing on monitor.  I tried different power supply and different video cards and disconnect HD down to basic and still same thing, shut down 35 seconds every time. It leave me 3 components I do not know which - CPU, Motherboard, or Memory

Any ideas?

Did you have the system overclocked?
Have you tried clearing CMOS by removing the CMOS battery?

I would try the latter first, it could be, if you had the system overclocked, that your OC wasn't entirely stable and now that the CPU has settled it won't hold the OC you had anymore.

Thank you. Now my PC is working. I removed all memory and put only one A1 slot and then motherboard come back alive. Then put all memory back to their slots and motherboard works and still works after 6 days.
