Is this a dangerous condition?

X470 Taichi installed 3.77 beta Bios then 3950X Ryzen.

XMP profile sets up my 4x8Gb 3200 ram with precise manufacturer specs.
Mem_VTT is shown to be set at 0.68v which is approximately VDDIO/2

O.K. so far. But upon bootup, Xsensors (on Linux) reports alarm condition with Mem_VTT reading of 0.26v

I see no adverse operating effects, everything appears to be running normally despite this error condition.
