Took out the CPU and there were some bent pins. Is there any way to position them correctly?

The best thing to do when there are bent pins on the CPU is take it back to where you bought it. If you are lucky they will replace it. If not then trying to straighten them is a very difficult task.
If the pins are flattened then it may not even be possible to straiten them without breaking them off. Good luck
