Gamepad mouse and keyboard keep turning off every few mins

Have a Corsair 750 Power Supply, which worked fine on exactly the same build with a different board.

External hard drives unnafected

Drivers seem up to date. Shop utitlity doesnt support this model for some reason.

Tried with powered usb hub, no change. Not being stingy on the power settings

USB device root hubs set to not turn off to conserve power.

May also be affecting my wireless network card, but im not sure as its BT!!!

Welcome, have you tried the OS advanced power settings ?

If you have win 7, try driver 1.0.10.255.

If you have win 7 try driver 1.0.10.255.

There's a ASrock website, look at the top of the page for the words support.

Hope you're using USB 2.0 ports, as you should be.

The ASRock Technical Support Request form can be found here:

http://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp

ASRock's main product site provides this form from the Support link at the top of virtually every page on that website.

The various ASRock mother board utilities like AXTU, A-Tuning, F-Stream, etc, have a tab with a link to that page too.

The UEFI/BIOS of many ASRock boards also has a feature called UEFI Tech Service that allows you to contact ASRock technical support.

Finally, every page of this ASRock forum has a Support link at the top right, that will take you to all the support options that ASRock provides on the main product site.

What does, "... exactly the same build with a different board" mean? Does that include using the same Windows installation with the ASRock board?

Have you tried any of the USB options in the UEFI/BIOS to fix this issue?

What gamepad mouse and keyboard are you using? Did you install the drivers for them with the ASRock board?
