RAM and Gcard for Asrock 970 Pro3 r2.0

   Hello,

I have a motherboard Asrock 970 Pro3 r2.0 with an AMD FX-6300 CPU.

RAM
Currently I am using old Corsair Vengeance 8gb RAM DDR3 665 mhz.
I'd like to upgrade the setup with at least 16 gb RAM.

In the AMD site

It appears I could run RAM DD3 Up to 1866 MHz.

May you please confirm?
May you also suggest some valuable RAM options?

GCARD
The Pc is mainly used for trading and I have the need to use 3 monitors. Currently I am using an NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 2gb from Asus.
May you suggest alternative options to grant better performance?
