Can not reinstall Windows 8.1

   [URL=][/URL]Hi - I?�m not sure if this is the right section but my computer made me reinstall Windows 8.1 today. Now, when I boot in the windows screen it says there was an error please restart and try again... that just causes an endless cycle of nothing.

When i changed the boot order to Los from my Windows 7 CD and enter the product key, it tells me i can?�t install it because of my partion.

If i try to load up windows and repair, or do a full reinstall and delete everything,  gives me errors as well.

I am not sure what to do at this point??
