USB 3.0 memory stick not working usb 2.0 port

   Asrock FM2A85x Exrteme4.  windows 7  64x Ultimate.

My USB 3.0 memory stick not working usb 2.0 port.( win7)
i can`t see it My Computer view.

In device manager it shows under Disk Drives.

In USB 3.0 port it works fine and show in My computer
i tryed to update USB drivers but but Windows say latest is installed allready.
i tryed it in my frend pc (win10) and it working USB 2.0 port.

do i need some extra drivers for motherboard?
