Thunderbolt ASRock Z87 Extreme 9

I am need help with troubleshooting settings to enable a LaCie Thunderbolt external drive with my PC. When I connect drive to PC's MOBO nothing happens, as if nothing was connected. I've tried reboot, different combinations of Thunderbolt ports, etc, no luck.
OS I am running is Windows 10, already upgraded drivers (as of 9/17/2015)

Also, installed LaCie's ASMedia drivers for Windows compatibility.

I see many settings in the BIOS, which I enabled, including AHCI ASMedia Support, all Thunderbolts settings, etc.

Could someone outline the BIOS settings I need to use, if there is a specific port to use (MOBO has two Thunderbolts ports). In Device Manager, what should I see?
