970 Extreme 4 Ram problems

   Hi all i have what should be a simple problem but is giving me grief,  i have the following  970 Extreme 4, GTX 8350, FX 970, 16 gigs G.skill F3-1066CL9-4GBRL, Corsair H110, cooler-master HAF .
heres the problem the Ram is advertised as 1600 yet i cant get it to go over 1333 when i go into BIOS and set it to 1600 it errors out i know i`am doing something wrong so any help would be great Thanks
