Rebate and RMA for Z97

   Not sure if this is the right place.

I recently purchased a Z97 from newegg and am in the process of doing DOA return. There comes a rebate promo but it will expires in the next 12, 13 days since my original purchase date. Can an official person from ASRock advise what to do? I will receive my replacement (hopefully... newegg reserves the right to decline my claim) in 2-3 weeks, so the rebate promo will expire by then.

Thoughts? If I should contact somewhere else please direct me there.
