Does anyone have this combo and can they confirm if they can get to 3200 stable with the Ryzen 5 1600?

So, I went ahead and purchased the G.Skill Flare X 3200 CL14

F4-3200C14D-16GFX

 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XFT7DF9/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I know its not on the memory QVL list but that list sucks and I would have to pay a buttload of money to find a QVL listed ram kit that is 16GB @ 3200+

I'll report back and let all the fellow Gaming X owners know if it works.

it was a lot cheaper at newegg earlier this week, wow just looked again and its gone right up in price at newegg

anyways it should be fine for you

we might have to help you 'trim' the stock timings a little for 100% stable 3200 and cold booting

but we'll be here
