ASRock Z170 PRO4S will not POST

   New Motherboard, Intel I5 6600x CPU, LEPR B1000M P/S, 16G DDR4 4M4B3000C15 Corsair memory.When I push the power button the P/S comes on and the cpu fan powers up, also the BluRay player's light flashes, but there is no HDMI display. I tested the P/S and it checked out. I tried new memory also, but still no luck. I don't know where to go from here. Any Ideas?

	Hi! Same issue here. Just set up a new build. ASRock Z170M Pro4S (user manual) Corsair Carbide 300R Case (CC-9011017-WW) Antec EA-550 Platinum 550 Power Supply Intel Core i5-6500 6M Skylake Quad-Core 3.2 GHz LGA 1151 65W (BX80662I56500) 2x G.SKILL NT Series 8GB 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM 2133 PC4 17000 (F4-2133C15S-8GNT) Samsung 850 EVO 500GB 2.5-Inch SATA III Internal SSD (MZ-75E500B/AM) BenQ GL2460HM 24" Monitor I followed these steps: CPU connected, thermal paste applied, heat sink/fan locked in CPU fan plugged in to CPU_FAN1 case fans plugged in to CHA_FAN1 and CHA_FAN2 case power/reset buttons and LEDs plugged in to PANEL1 case headphone/mic plugged in to HD_AUDIO1 RAM plugged in to DDR4_A2 and DDR4_B2 SSD plugged in to SATA3_0 power supply plugged in to ATXPWR1, ATX12V1, SSD, and graphics card power supply switched on and plugged in to wall mouse and keyboard plugged in to USB7 and USB8 monitor plugged in to HDMI1 (also tried from graphics card) When I press the case power button, the case power LED and case/cpu fans turn on. Nothing is displayed on the monitor, and there are no lights on the mobo itself. Tested the monitor and cable, they display HDMI fine on another machine. How can I troubleshoot further? 	UPDATE: Solved the issue by moving RAM to A1 and B1 (although the A2-B2 config is priority 1 in the manual) :D After that, it POSTs and everything is powered.
