X399 UEFI Version Upgrade Fails

   I'm not sure if this is directly related to the UEFI upgrade, but since the upgrade, I've experienced 2 system lock-ups; whereas before that, I had not experienced a single problem with system stability.

The most recent one occurred an hour ago.  The display cut out, sound gone, unable to ping system.  When I hit the "reset" button, the Temperature display showed 96 degrees for the CPU (DR.DEBUG).
