What is the higest llc of z170 pro4

   Man I have MB z170 pro4 and the load line calibration is on lvl 3 max no lvl 4 or 5 anymore
and l've  Oc my 6600k on 4.4ghz vcore 1.3  with all disable c state and llc lvl3 but at the underload the vcore drop to 1.25 someone told me to set llc to lvl1,I follow that but it  drop vcore than lvl3 to 1.20  what the happen is it normal?
