I have a Z690M-ITX/ax motherboard currently with 16GB of memory. I'd like to max that out to 64GB. However, with DDR5 being the standard now, a lot of the DDR4 memory that I am finding is DDR4-3600. The motherboard supports DDR4-3200 natively. However, I am reading that it supports up to 5000+ with overclocking and includes Intels XMP 2.0 profiles. So, my question is, if I buy 3600 speed RAM, do I need to set anything else in the profile to have that speed read and used correctly?

Just enable XMP and possibly select 3600 from the drop down menu (board depending).
