I used APP Shop just 30 minutes ago to update my USB 3.0 drivers, according to APP Shop they were out of date. When the computer restarted the keyboard and mouse do not work any more!
I have to enable PS/2 Simulator in BIOS so I can use them. Guys I need to stream to twitch soon, how can I play anything with the drivers not working properly. Please help. Thank you. EDIT: I am so panicked, I forgot all details! Motherboard: Fatal1ty Gaming K6 BIOS 2.70 Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver 4.0.2.42 I cannot even uninstall the drivers because it says "Uninstall is not allowed for this platform"! I Fixed it!
I downloaded "Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver" v4.0.6.60 straight from Intels site. I suggest anyone else who has a similar problem, do the same. ASRock > Why would you release a non-functioning driver through APP Shop like that?? Not everyone is a PC Support Analyst, so how are they supposed to fix their computer now?? Call an expert? Take it to PC World? Will you give them the money for the fixing fee? No, I didn't think so. Please test things before releasing them. That was seriously uncool. |
