Hello all!

I'm currently having an issue with my build and it won't boot up when powering on. All that happens is that the BIOS flashback light blinks green, as well as the motherboard starts green and then turns into flashing red. Nothing else turns on. Also, the PSU's fan doesn't spin when connected. I unplugged the 24 pin connected to the mobo, and plugged it into a tester the PSU company provided, and the PSU's fan turned on fine and the CPU cooler turned on as well. I've checked all connection's and made sure everything was seated properly and couldn't find anything wrong. I was wondering if anyone else has the same problem and if anyone has found a solution for this.

These are my specs:

CPU: ThreadRipper 1950X
Mobo: AsRock Fatal1ty X399 Pro Gaming
Memory: 32Gb G.Skill RipJaws V 3200Mhz
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1050Ti
PSU: EVGA 650 G3
Storage: 1Tb Samsung 970 Evo SSD
CPU Cooler: Corsair H150i Pro

Did you ever get this figured out? I am having the same issue. I have flashed to the latest bios using the Flashback function which seemed to succeed as described in the directions. I've tried it with a CPU without a CPU, with RAM, without RAM, with GPU, without GPU. I have even tried with RAM known working in another system. Always get the slowly flashing red light. I have all 3 power connectors connected.

It could be a badly misplaced CPU, but my intuition tells me it's a dead mobo.

Yeah, I've re-seated mine a few times as well as getting the slow red light of death with no cpu at all.
