FM2A68M-HD+ hangs warm boot on any Windows Version

Hello,

CPU: AMD A10-7700K
RAM: 16G
OS: WIN 10 Prof

i have use my board with linux a long time without any trouble.
Now i have changed to Windows 10.

Everytime i need to reboot, the computer hangs after the first
spots of the turning circle of spots are coming to the screen.

I have tryed any Windows version since XP and the problem is
always the same.

I have tryed any BIOS since 2.00P (specel version for TPM2.0 support)

The BIOS 5.xx (incl. beta) makes the booting extreme slow after
power on. I have to wait upt to 5 minutes until the ASrock Logo
and boot menu appears.

Hope somebody can help.
