When I try to set fixed Mode to 1.35 V on my MOBO and load line calibration on Level 1 (i5-9600k) I always get voltage over 1.47V ? I need help with oc because I have watched and read everything connected with it and I got nothing

Highest level of LLC for many MOBOs ends in a voltage higher than the one you set.

Try LLC2 :)
