Hello ASRock Community,
I wanted to report a potential bug I encountered after a recent BIOS update. I upgraded from version 1.28 to 2.02, and since then, the XMP functionality seems to be malfunctioning. Previously, my memory supported an XMP setting of 6600MHz. This option is available in both the old and new BIOS versions. However, with the new BIOS, after selecting the desired XMP and opting to "save and exit," the system undergoes a restart. Once I log into Windows, I noticed that the memory speed remains at 4800MHz, indicating that the XMP setting didn't take effect. I also went back to the BIOS and BIOS indicated that XMP setting was not posted. In addition to XMP, "disable iGPU" has the same issues which does not post in bios after "save and exit". Here's a brief overview of my PC configuration: OS: Windows 10 Pro 22H2 CPU: AMD 7800X3D Memory: 64GB Corsair Vengeance (6600MHz) Graphics: ASRock 7900XT PG Storage: WD Black 4TB SN850X, WD Blue 510 4TB SATA SSD Motherboard: ASRock x670e PG Lighting I hope this information helps in addressing the issue. Looking forward to a resolution. |

Hi there...
You would probably be better off by submitting a bug report to ASRrock support, https://tw.asrock.com/events/tsd.asp I would ask for your issue to be sent to the bios team in the Netherlands Regards |
