B450M Steel Legend, doesnt work after BIOS update

   no problem happy to help and share my experiances with you guys

alas 
in my experiance with asrock and its bios *updates*
sometimes they go backwards with compatability...........
in particular ram models that worked fine suddenly cant find a happy setting with a newer bios , this is what is happening to you
