Asrock H87 Pro4 Rev 1.04 - How to fix corrupt BIOS

   I have a motherboard Asrock H87 Pro4 Rev 1.04 that has the common and known issue after the reboot command, making power loops!

After a clear CMOS was turning on, but after editing some CORRECT parameters in the BIOS settings, saving and restart, it appared the same issue!

I tried to update with the latest BIOS, nothing changed!
I tried also with older versions of BIOS, with no results!

As I have read many owners have facing the same issue, nut no one resolved it!

I desided a few days ago to reflash the BIOS chip by the EZP2023+ programmer with the official BIOS 2.20 version. The procedure completed succesfully, but since then the motherboard does NOT POST!

Is there any solution to reflash the BIOS chip???
