I have recently built my pc with all parts new and its working like a charm. I used a asrock b650m pro rs wifi mobo for my build. I connected the GPU to my monitor through the displayport and I have connected my hd audio cable to the socket as well for the front panel connectors. I wanted to switch to my headphones while gaming, even though I have a 3.5mm jack splitter. My AMD HD Audio driver is unable to detect my headphone both in front and rear panel. I need help in this, I tried downloading the realtek audio driver from my motheboard's support page, but even after installing it, the realtek audio driver is not showing up in the device manager.

My Device manager only shows the following sound, video and game controllers:
1) AMD High Definition Audio Device
2) AMD High Definition Audio Device
3) AMD Streaming audio device
4) My wireless earbuds I used a while ago

I tried uninstalling the amd hd audio driver and installing the realtek one, but after I restarted my PC it was replaced again by the amd one. My monitor can output audio, but I need to be able to switch between the devices for better use. Please help in this matter
