B460M-ITX/ac wrong temps and fan speed values

I build new system recently, and have a problem. BIOS, A-tuning and aida64 shows wrong CPU temps and fan speed values.
A-tuning always shows CPU temps +1C more than motherboard temps, but BIOS shows 38.5C

A-tuning shows chassis fan jumping from 0rpm to 4000rpm, but I can clearly hear fan speed not changing. Also Fan-tastic tuning shows random RPMs in fan power.

motherboard: asrock B460M-ITX/ac
cpu: intel i3 10100
gpu: integrated
psu: cooler master gold 550w
memory: crucial ballistix 8x2
bios: P1.40
