Fast Boot is on and I do not like it

   I turned fast boot on, but now I want to turn it off because I have several Operating systems on this computer and I need to update them and this fast Boot will not let me move GRUB to any of the other OS on my Hard Drive.  I want to turn this off, any ideas on to this?
