B650E PG Riptide WiFi can't upgrade BIOS

   Hi,
I'm on 3.10 version of bios on my B650E PG Riptide WiFi and i can't upgrade Bios to another version.
When I push the botton "instant flash" in the bios menu, the PC freezes for some minutes and then it restarts. I can't even select the file of the bios, the PC freezes immediately.
I tried upgrading using USB BIOS Flashback, i inserted the usb drive in the right usb (I renamed the file into CREATIVE.ROM). I Pressed the BIOS Flashback Switch for about three seconds. Then the LED started to blink and after 2-3 seconds the LED light turned solid green.
