The LAN adapter is enabled in BIOS, I've installed the official drivers.
This is a new 23H2 Win 11 Pro install. Wifi works fine, but the 2.5GB LAN adapter is not listed in device manager. Tried scanning for hardware, but no good. When I drill down in Settings to Network Hardware and Connection Properties it does list the dapter but as not presen t. See image below. It's connected to ethernet and has link lights. Booting to a linux live ISO, the LAN adapter works. I'm a bit stumped. Even updated to the latest BETA UEFI Bios, 3.12, but no go. Name: Ethernet Realtek Gaming 2.5GbE Family Controller 9c:6b:00:84:5c:55 Status: Not Present Connectivity: Disconnected |
