The 2200g should be supported on all BIOS versions for that board so incorrect
BIOS version is unlikely.

Try different display outputs, cables and displays if you have the option, most
TVs will have an HDMI input if you don't have a spare monitor to try. Fairly often
the issue comes down to incompatible HDMI or DP cables and in some cases a particular
display output is "stuck" as default whereby any display connected to a different
output will display nothing. Typically simply connecting a display to the correct
output will resolve the issue, even when switching to a different output afterward.
In other words, if the default output is stuck as DVI, connecting a DVI display
to that output will fix it and enable to you use HDMI or DP again.

Make sure you have the correct 8pin (or 4pin) CPU power cable from your PSU connected,
The CPU 8pin power is a 4+4 connector, you can use a single 4pin connector if your
PSU lacks a 4+4 but if your PSU lacks an 8pin (4+4) then it's outdated and may
not be within proper spec for AM4.

If your power connections are all correct and you still have no POST then, if
you have the option, try some different RAM, failing that another PSU.

I note you have simply "500watt power supply" listed, if it's a cheap no name brand
that could well be your issue. It is very common for no name PSUs to vastly over
state their wattage, they say things like SFP500w as a model name then list the
correct wattage under specs to avoid legal action. Some just flat out lie or
list combined power from all voltage rails as the wattage which is likewise a lie.
The only rating that matters on modern PSUs is the wattage on the 12v rail.

I hope all this makes sense, it's tough to articulate things clearly in text sometimes.

Try following these steps:
https://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=630&title=how-to-clear-cmos-via-battery-removal

Also make sure you leave the system running for a good 10 mins or so to rule out
RAM training taking longer than usual, that can happen sometimes with a new board.
If/when it does POST it will do so quickly from that point onward.
