5.1 sound not working with Phantom Gaming B850i

   So I recently purchased an Asrock Phantom Gaming B850i motherboard. The case I use it with is the NR200P, which merges the line in and mic jack at the front.

At the moment normal stereo audio works via front panel jack and rear panel jack.

I attempted to use 5.1 analog with it but for some reason there is no sound from the rear speakers. I then decided to check with 7.1 settings and I noticed that side speakers audio is sent out but rear speakers audio is not. 

 I then got myself a splitter to separate the line in and mic jack. Again no sound on the rear speakers.

Has anyone here managed to get 5.1 audio via analog?
