Hey! So I recently built a brand new PC with the Asrock B760M-H/M.2 motherboard. Everything works correctly except the cable internet. We have done everything, changing things in the BIOS, connecting the cable to another computer (it works), connecting the cable to a network card, installing many drivers... But none of this seems to work. The only way is to restart the router but 10 seconds after doing so the internet stops working. The cable is connected to the LAN and can communicate with other computers in my house, but it's the only one that doesn't receive internet. I have also tried changing the router settings but it doesn't work. I have tried to install Windows 10 (I was on Windows 11) but the same thing happens. The only thing I can do is use Wi-Fi. Is my board defective or something?
