Hi there!

Running Linux on an Intel Z790 PG Riptide, and a few weeks ago I loaded BIOS 18.02, some things have been running better since then, but now I accidentally discovered weird temperatures coming from some sensors.

Examples:

Chip: nct6798 (I think it's the motherboard's temperature) shows a minimum of -4°C, which is absolutely impossible, my PC is not outside, and even if it were, it's currently over 3°C outside.)

The CPU fans start running at high speed, but the CPU temperature does not increase at that moment.

Could it be that the 18.02 BIOS has some issues, or is my motherboard getting old (bought May '23)?

Thanks in advance.
